Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
  • In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.
  • Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
